Founding Director
Katelyn brings over six years of experience working within the NDIS sector, providing face-to-face support to participants with complex physical and psychosocial disabilities. Additionally, she has worked in SDA property management, ensuring compliance, safety, and effective collaboration between participants and SIL providers.
Combining professional knowledge with lived experience, Katelyn offers a well-informed perspective on psychosocial disability and is passionate about supporting people on their recovery journeys. She is recognised for her empathetic, motivated, and solutions-focused approach. Katelyn values building genuine, respectful relationships with participants, their families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals, while promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and person-centred support.
In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying live music, attending theatre and comedy shows, and building Lego!
